nCounter Autoimmune Profiling Panel

The Autoimmune Profiling Panel is designed for the study of gene expression related to autoimmune disease, chronic inflammatory disease and immunotherapy-induced adverse events (human panel and mouse panel). Some of the covered diseases are Rheumatoid Arthritis, Type 1 Diabetes, Multiple Sclerosis or Psoriasis.

It includes 770 genes (downloadable list) involved in 35 pathways and processes related to the already said pathologies and allows you to measure the relative abundance of 14 different immune cell types.

Panel customization
