The PanCancer Progression Panel is designed for a comprehensive study of the processes and mechanisms involved in cancer progression, including: angiogenesis, extracellular matrix remodeling (ECM), epithelial-to-mesenchymal transition (EMT) and metastasis. Furthermore, it includes genes related to the tumor biology, the tumoral microenvironment and the immune response.
This panel could help you with quantifying gene expression of metastatic growth and suppresor genes, discovering biomarkers and drug mechanisms of action…
It incorporates the 18-gene Tumor Inflammation Signature (TIS), which measures a peripherally suppressed, adaptive immune response and has been shown to correlate with response to checkpoint inhibitors.
It includes 770 genes (request list) involved in processes and mechanisms involved in cancer progression.
