The Tumor Signaling 360 Panel is designed for a comprehensive study (360° view) of dysfunctional cell signaling in cancer, allowing a better understanding of the interactions of tumor cells with the tissue milieu. Furthermore, it includes genes related to the tumor biology, the tumoral microenvironment and the immune response. This panel could help you with the development of tumoral signaling-targeted therapies.
It incorporates the 18-gene Tumor Inflammation Signature (TIS), which measures a peripherally suppressed, adaptive immune response and has been shown to correlate with response to checkpoint inhibitors.
It includes 780 genes (request list) involved in more than 40 key pathways and processes in the tumor biology, microenvironment and immune response, for example, genes related to tumorigenesis, metastasis, and inflammation.
