The Archer® FusionPlex® Myeloid Kit is a targeted next-generation sequencing assay to detect and identify fusions, point mutations and expression levels from 84 genes associated with myeloid-origin malignancies.
Studies are performed from RNA extracted from several types of starting sample. Using Archer’s proprietary Anchored Multiplex PCR (AMP™)-based enrichment, fusions of all genes in this kit can be identified in a single sequencing assay, even without prior knowledge of fusion partners or breakpoints. Archer Analysis software allows the analysis and interpretation of the data.
