nCounter Fibrosis Panel

The Fibrosis Panel is designed for the study (in humans or mice) of gene expression in the different phases of the fibrotic process, in the lungs, heart, liver, kidney, and skin.

It includes 770 genes (downloadable list) involved in 51 pathways which cover the already said phases: initial tissue damage response (297 genes), chronic inflammation (369 genes), proliferation of pro-fibrotic cells (287 genes), and tissue modification (~160 genes).

For more information about the pathways included in the panel, immune cell profiling and so on, please consult the product file you can download below.

Some application examples for this panel are uncovering the mechanisms of disease pathogenesis, identifying biomarkers of progression, developing signatures for therapeutic response, measuring the relative abundance of 14 different immune cell types…

Panel customization

The Autoimmune Profiling Panel could be combined with a Panel Plus, which will allow you to add up to 55 genes chosen by the client.
