How long do we keep your data?

Personal data will be kept while the quote provided is valid or until the user requests its deletion. Once the quote or offer provided is no longer valid, your data will be deleted.
Personal data necessary for sending commercial communications, provided you have authorized them, will be kept as long as you do not request their deletion.
PERSONAL DATA OF CLIENTS AND SUPPLIERS
The personal data provided will be kept while the commercial relationship is maintained or until the user requests its deletion. Once the commercial relationship has ended, the data will be kept for as long as necessary to comply with legal obligations. Once the responsibilities derived from such legal obligations have expired, your data will be deleted.

Do we create profiles with your data?
In the case of candidates, with the information provided by the applicant through their CV, DIAGNOSTICA LONGWOOD S.L.U. may create profiles in order to select the best candidate for a specific job position.
To whom do we disclose your data?
No data transfers or international transfers of your data are foreseen, except for those authorized by tax, commercial, and telecommunications legislation, as well as in cases where a judicial authority requires us to do so.
Will your data be transferred to countries outside the European Union?
In the event that you have subscribed to our newsletter service, we inform you that mailings are carried out using MailChimp, whose database is located on servers hosted in the USA. In any case, MailChimp adheres to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework approved by the European Data Protection Board, which guarantees compliance with European data protection regulations.
What rights do you have and how can you exercise them?
The user has the right to access their personal data, to request the rectification of inaccurate data, as well as its deletion when, among other reasons, it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. In certain circumstances, you may also request the limitation of its processing, in which case it will only be kept for the exercise or defense of claims, as well as request the portability of your data.
