Shrimp Alkaline Phosphatase (SAP) dephosphorylates nucleotides.

Both enzymes are degraded by heat inactivation.

After preparing the GenDx-ExoSAP reaction mix, only 2 μl of GenDx-ExoSAP reaction mix are added to each of the PCR products.
