Arrow Diagnostics HIV-1 solution kit is an in vitro method based on the amplification by RT-PCR of the viral RNA regions considered having a key role for the development of drug resistance (RT, Protease, Integrase and V3 Loop), followed by NGS sequencing and automatic result interpretation.
