HLA-Ready Gene SSP Typing
CatalogHematology and blood bankBlood Group Genotyping (RBC)
HLA-Ready Gene kit enables low resolution typing of HLA-A*, -B* and -C* through SSP, comparable with serological HLA typing methods.
The term SSP, "Sequence Specific Priming," describes a variant of PCR, in which only the sequence of the primer at the 3‘ end is responsible for specification of the allele to be identified.
Each well contains pre-aliquoted and dried primer cocktails for the amplification of a specific HLA target sequence.
- Integrated detection of the null alleles A*24:09N, B*51:11N, C*04:09N, DRB4*01:03N, DRB5*01:08N and integrated negative control.
- Flexibility due to combination of the PCR trays
- One PCR programme for all systems
