The Autoimmune Discovery Panel is designed for the study of the relationship between autoimmune disease associated germline variants and gene expression.
It includes 770 genes (request list) selected in collaboration with leading autoimmune researchers and are linked to the top nine autoimmune diseases: Multiple Sclerosis, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Systemic Lupus Erythematosus, Type 1 Diabetes, Ankylosing Spondylitis, Celiac Disease, Ulcerative Colitis, Inflammatory Bowel Disease and Psoriasis.

Panel customization
The Autoimmune Discovery Panel could be combined with a Panel Plus, which will allow you to add up to 55 genes chosen by the client.
