nCounter PanCancer Immune Profiling Panel

The PanCancer Immune Profiling Panel is designed for a comprehensive study (360° view) of the immune response, facilitating immuno-oncology research. Furthermore, it includes genes related to the tumor biology and the tumoral microenvironment.

This panel could help you with the development of immunotherapy, the identification of tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs) in the microenvironment, to analyse the CT antigen expression in humans, to assess mechanistic pathway activity…

It incorporates the 18-gene Tumor Inflammation Signature (TIS), which measures a peripherally suppressed, adaptive immune response and has been shown to correlate with response to checkpoint inhibitors.

It includes 770 genes (request list) involved in 13 cancer-associated canonical pathways: Wnt, HedgeHog, apoptosis, cell cycle, RAS, PI3K, STAT, MAPK, Notch, TGF- β, chromatin modification, transcriptional regulation, and DNA damage control. This panel covers adaptive and innate immune response genes.
