nCounter PanCancer Immuno-Oncology 360 Panel

The PanCancer Immuno-Oncology 360 Panel is designed for a comprehensive study (360° view) of the impact of immune evasion in the tumor microenvironment, and the identification of potentially prognostic, predictive or mechanism of action signatures for immunotherapy. Furthermore, it includes genes related to the tumor biology, the tumoral microenvironment and the immune response.
It incorporates 48 potentially predictive Research Use Only (RUO) biological signatures including the 18-gene Tumor Inflammation Signature (TIS), which measures a peripherally suppressed, adaptive immune response and has been shown to correlate with response to checkpoint inhibitors.
It includes 770 genes (request list) involved in 13 key pathways and processes in the tumor biology, microenvironment and immune response.
