nCounter PanCancer Progression Panel
CatalogOncologySolid Tumor
The PanCancer Progression Panel is designed for a comprehensive study of the processes and mechanisms involved in cancer progression, including: angiogenesis, extracellular matrix remodeling (ECM), epithelial-to-mesenchymal transition (EMT) and metastasis. Furthermore, it includes genes related to the tumor biology, the tumoral microenvironment and the immune response.
This panel could help you with quantifying gene expression of metastatic growth and suppresor genes, discovering biomarkers and drug mechanisms of action…
It incorporates the 18-gene Tumor Inflammation Signature (TIS), which measures a peripherally suppressed, adaptive immune response and has been shown to correlate with response to checkpoint inhibitors.
It includes 770 genes (request list) involved in processes and mechanisms involved in cancer progression.
For more information about the panel, please, consult the product file you can download below or visit the NanoString web:
Panel Customization
The PanCancer Progression Panel could be combined with a Panel Plus, which will allow you to add up to 55 genes chosen by the client.
