The Stem Cell Characterization Panel is designed for monitoring gene expression throughout the phases of the Stem Cell therapy development, allowing to know the pluripotency/differentiation status.
This panel will allow you a deep characterization of stem cells, as well as the optimization of this therapy development process, with applications across several research areas: neuroscience, cardiology, autoimmunity, ophthalmology, and oncology.
Evaluate viability after gene editing, understand reprogramming failures, confirm functionality, determine pluripotency and asses activation/differentiation status with a single robust, automated, and reproducible assay. Furthermore, you will be able to easily detect Mycoplasma contamination to quickly optimize cell culture conditions.
It includes 770 genes (request list) involved in Stem Cell biology: Stemness, Pluripotency, Regulatory Signaling, Epigenetics, Mechano-Signaling, Metabolism, Differentiation Signaling, Lineage Specification.
