Secuenciación 16S

We offer an easy solution for microbiota characterization in various biological samples (stool, rectal swab, vaginal swab, skin swab, sputum, saliva ... and more). This solution allows to taxonomically classify our sample up to species classification in a simple and fast protocol.

The protocol is based on the amplification of nucleic acids by PCR ("Polymerase Chain Reaction") of the hypervariable regions of the prokaryotic 16S ribosomal RNA gene (16S rRNA).
